5. Evey
Remember the woman who was helping out the man with the mask (not Batman), to try and change their scary world? V For Vendetta allowed Natalie to showcase her amazing ability to meld to any role given to her. When you watch it - you won’t think she’s acting and her no hair look was ICONIC.
4. Jackie
The story of Jacqueline Kennedy went widely unknown until Natalie brought it to our screens with the film, Jackie. This film showcases her toughest days after the assassination of her husband, and Natalie DELIVERS with her ability to depict a wide range of emotions. She DEFS gave it her all.
3. Queen Amidala/Padme
Yep, she was in Star Wars too. This woman really is in the most iconic pieces of pop culture. Playing powerful women is exactly what she was born to do, and this is one of the roles that catapulted her into the spotlight. You go Queen!
2. Jane Foster
Thor - the story of a god who’s really into a special hammer (paraphrasing, of course) and Natalie played his love interest. This is one of her more laid back roles as she was not the focus but her quick wit and compassion was a necessary contrast to Thor’s other worldly personality.
1. Nina Sayers/The Swan Queen
Her most iconic role, this is what the world knows her for - a dark ballerina with a plethora of issues. And we can’t stop watching. Her acting, her presence as well as her outfits are absolutely unforgettable, not surprising she won an academy award for this role. Complex roles are her forte, and we can’t wait to see what’s next in store for her!
